Spectacular summer outdoor events

From charity events to festivals, motor racing to TV, we have been part of some fantastic outdoor events already this summer and fortunately, we are set to continue providing superior structures for some incredible events over the next few months. So, why are our temporary structures and marquees so popular for outdoor events? It all comes down to quality and flexibility.

Our secrets revealed

All of our structures and marquees are impeccably maintained by our very own in-house technicians. Our clients expect perfection and that’s what we strive to achieve every time. This is why our clients return to us time and time again. Flexibility is also very important and we have a wide range of structures that can be built to meet the number of guests, type of event and your budget. We can also provide a bespoke design service, using a combination of our own stock of furniture, lighting and accessories, as well as equipment from our trusted suppliers.

Festivals

Our PVC structures were also ideal for a number of merchandise outlets at the British Summer Time Festival in Hyde Park. The event saw an eclectic mix of artists take to the stage. Performing over two weekends were the likes of Take That, Florence and The Machine, Stevie Wonder, Mumford and Sons, Massive Attack and Carole King.

Motor Sport

Allspan’s range of structures has suited a multitude of purposes at motor racing events this summer. We’ve been to the Goodwood Festival of Speed, Masters Historic and the Brands Hatch Mini Festival. At these events our structures provided cover for corporate hospitality, exhibits and a holding pen for racing cars between races. We have various structures available that are ideal for all sporting events. outdoor events Masters Historic 3

Charity Outdoor Events

We once again provided several open structures for the MacMillan Tug of War charity event at Westminster Abbey in June, followed by a charity event at the London Golf Club in Kent London Golf Club Charity Event 2016 CkBuFKQWgAAgcHf

This month we also supplied the final structure for three of the locations in the South East that have played host to Sky Arts’ Landscape Artist of the Year competition. Having already set up various marquees at Scotney Castle in Tunbridge Wells and Stowe House in Buckinghamshire, our final destination was the Harbour Arm in Margate, where we installed a marquee for the production team.
